HH&Co. is looking for someone to assist in running a busy boutique real estate brokerage in Baltimore. This a full-time support position. This is not an opportunity for an aspiring realtor. But holding a real estate license is encouraged. There will be errands and personal tasks.
You will provide administrative, operational, and marketing support. You will be tasked with building operational systems, implementing administrative processes, and managing end-to-end business operations, overseeing and assisting with social, marketing, and real estate activities. You are highly presentable, have impeccable follow-through, and have exceptional communication skills, specifically verbal and written etiquette.
You will thrive in a fast working environment as should like to get things done. While you like to get things done well, you find pride in getting them done the right way. You will have a great attitude and show initiative. You will work well and as a team player, and have great problem-solving skills. You are organized and detail-oriented, speaks well, and has the ability to talk with confidence to customers/clients/agents/etc.
This is a 1099 paid position.
